Documentation and process for execution procedures registration certificates for various investment projects implemented procedures to decide the investment policy of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City
1. Composition of records:
a) A written request for the implementation of investment projects (Form 1.1);
b) ) A copy of the identity card, identity card or passport for individual investors; A copy of the certificate of establishment or other equivalent document confirming the legal status of investors is held;
c) Proposed investment projects include the following contents: the implementation of the project investment, investment objectives, investment scale, capital and capital mobilization plan, location, duration and investment progress , the demand for labor, the proposed investment incentives, impact assessment of economic efficiency - social projects (form 1.2);
d) A copy of one of the following documents: Financial statements of the last 2 years the investor; pledged financial support of its parent company; pledged financial support of financial institutions; guarantee the financial capacity of investors; documents explaining the financial capacity of investors;
e) Explanation of technology: technology name, origin technology, technological process diagram; The main technical parameters, use of state machinery and technological lines for major projects subject to technological explanations (Sample Explanation corresponding technology project content) ',
f) Contracts for the BBC for investment projects in the form of the BBC contract;
g) The land rental agreement / lease ready-built factory / office;
h) A written explanation satisfies the conditions for projects on the list have content lines of business investment conditions specified in Annex 4 of the Law on Investment.
2. Number of files:
A valid dossier must include the full range of components such records. Investors should prepare 01 (a) original set and 04 (four) dossier photo.
3. The time limit for acceptance of the dossier:
a) Within 35 working days after the date of receipt of complete documents and valid, the Board of Management of High Tech will have written notice of the results for investors.
Management Board High Tech will issue registration certificates of investment for investors within 05 working days from receipt of the written decision on the investment policy.
