Deputy Prime Minister Ho Quoc Dung signed Decision No. 23/2026/QD-TTg dated May 15, 2026, issuing the List of high technologies prioritized for investment and development, as well as the List of high-tech products encouraged for development—the latter of which includes 100 specific products.
