Lunar Tet Holidays 2020

Dear Valued Tenants,

The Building Management would like to thank for companion during 2019 and Happy New Year 2020 to all Valued Tenants,

We refer to the coming Lunar Tet Holidays 2020 in SCS Building, please be informed that:

The Building Management shall be closed from Thursday, January 23^rd, 2020 in conjunction with Lunar Tet Holiday and shall be resumed normal service from Thursday, January 30^th, 2020.

SCS Building will remain open during the Holidays, building’s central air conditioning and other building essential services will operate at minimum operating status, building’s facilities shall revert back to normal operation from Thursday, January 30^th, 2020.

Security personnel shall check Tenant identification such as Identity Card or driving license, … for registration before allowing tenant ingress into Sacom - Chip Sang Building.

Building’s parking facilities shall be shut down from 07:00PM, Wednesday, January 22^nd, 2020, and revert back to normal operation from 06:00AM, Thursday, January 30^th, 2020. Vehicle parked in building facilities during Lunar New Year is in advance with the Management Office at the latest by Friday, January 17^th, 2020.

The Building Management would like to issue a gentle fire hazard reminder to all tenants to switch off festive decorative lightings and all unnecessary office equipment’s before the close of office; the close was final checked on seal by Building Security.
