NOTIFICATION ABOUT UPDATE OF COVID-19 DISEASE PREVENTION ACTIVITIES AT THE BUILDING

DEAR VALUED TENANTS
SCS Building Management Board (BQLTN.SCS) would like to thank our Tenants for trusting and accompanying us in the past time, especially in the present time when the global epidemic Covid - 19 is going complicated.
According to the latest information from the Center for Disease Control Ho Chi Minh City (HCDC), as of the morning of August 28, 2020, Vietnam has recorded a total of 1036 cases, of which 30 deaths, 367 are undergoing medical treatment.. Before the complicated development of the Covid-19 epidemic, in order to ensure safety and limit the risk of epidemic transmission at the Building, SCS Building Management Board would like to inform Tenants of the compliance with the following content:
  1. For your employee /Partner/ interview candidate come from or pass in the area at risk of infection belong to group 4 or higher (as Updated guidance on monitored target groups from order area to HCMC” of HCDC)
  • Conduct medical declaration as prescribed.
  • Isolate yourself or work from home / work remotely at least 14 days (from the date of arrival) before entering the building.
  • Employees proactively monitor health status and report to the company.
  1. For cases that do not go through the area at risk of infection when coming to work at SCS Building.
  • Wearing face mask when entering the building, public and working place;
  • Medical declaration schedule for staff working at the Building and Medical declaration for visitors (Expert contact for work, candidate to interview, contractor, courier / goods) before coming to SCS Building.
  • Washing hands with soap or sanitizer gel and carry out other precautionary measures.
  • Keep the distance between people with a minimum of 1-2m.
  • Comply with the regulations on using elevators of no more than 05 people / time / lift
  • Self-proactive monitoring the health situation and f there is any manifestation related to disease such as: fever, difficulty breathing, cough, body aches must be reported immediately for medical assistance:
